Grounding Meditation Audio
To be grounded means to be fully connected to the present. Read More
Grounding meditation is a great antidote when we are overwhelmed with emotion. In this meditation, we can release flooded emotions and replace them with kind, loving thoughts. Grounding aligns us with the earth's core and, in turn, gives us a greater ability to be balanced.
Grounding is used with our electrical appliances. A three-prong electrical cord is used to not only deliver the energy to the device we are trying to operate but also change the flow of excess electrical charges into the earth to protect the appliance. The two vertical prongs are used for the positive and negative energy flow, and the third-round cylindrical prong is used for grounding.
Not only can we use this meditation when we are experiencing emotional drama, but we can also use it to start our day being centered and grounded. When we are centered and grounded, there is less drag and more harmony, flow, and intuitive connectedness with our Higher Power, and life seems to work out more effectively.
Elliptical Sphere of Protection Meditation Audio
In this meditation, you will create an elliptical sphere that begins from your sacred heart. This sphere will encapsulate you and protect you. Then, you are going to decorate your sphere with a color that is most suitable for you at this moment.

You will start from the center of your sacred heart, not our physical one. The sacred heart is located near your physical heart. To locate this sacred heart, put your hand underneath your armpit. Locate where your pinkie finger rests. Imagine a horizontal line going through this point and out the other side. Now go to the top of your head and imagine a vertical line moving down through you. The intersection of these two points is where your sacred heart is located.

Below is a list of colors and a description of their meaning. Take a few moments to review all the colors and select the one you want to use for this meditation. Ask your Higher Power to guide you in your selection.

-
Blue - for protection, communication, and flow
-
White - for purity, connection, and enlightenment
-
Green - for giving and receiving healing, and balance
-
Brown - for grounding and stabilization
-
Pink - for sweetness and humility
-
Turquoise - for self-worth and as a purifier
-
Yellow - for mental clarity, direction and focus
-
Silver - for attention, flow and to be noticed
-
Purple - for spirituality and wisdom
-
Gold – for High Power consciousness

After creating the elliptical sphere with the chosen color, you will apply a protective and reflective material to it. The reflective material is powerful. Whenever someone sends you their energy through thought, words, or actions, it will be projected back to them with the same energy and intensity. Those who reflect positive energy to you will feel the same and smile inside. For those throwing negative energy at you, it will be reflected back to them and with the same intensity. They may be astonished at themselves, admit to it, stop it, or just walk away. It is not for you to deal with.

What is most important to understand is that whenever you reflect something back to them, let it be done with love and compassion. This elliptical will remain as long as there is no judgment or retaliation on your part. When there is a judgment, you must recreate the elliptical sphere and come from a place of desiring only the Highest Good to be enacted.
Spiral Meditation Audio
In this meditation, you may achieve a deeper state of relaxation and serenity. The more you can feel the silence and the presence of the God of your understanding, the more powerful the meditation becomes.
Calming Down Meditation Audio
This can be a great meditation if you are upset or on high alert, but it can be done at any time and for any reason just to get back to a calmer and more open state of mind. This meditation requires your attention to breathing. You are going to breathe in on four counts, hold your breath for four counts, release the air for six counts and hold for four more counts. The reason for the six counts on releasing your breath is that breathing out is the relaxed state of being while breathing in is the constricted state.
