1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Beyond Reactivity: Cultivating Emotional Maturityworkshop, the Conversations That Heal workshop, and any related services provided by Jim Cernan (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for a workshop or requesting an Enneagram report, you agree to these terms.

2. Workshop Registration & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your registration is not confirmed until payment is processed successfully.

Workshop prices may include a coaching session and an Enneagram report when specified in the workshop description.

Private coaching sessions may also be purchased separately as an additional service.

The workshop price does not include the workbook; the workbook is available for purchase separately through Amazon or other specified channels.
3. Refunds & Cancellations

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the first workshop session.

Partial refunds may be considered for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date, at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued once the workshop has started.

If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
4. Participant Conduct
We aim to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise harmful to the group, without refund.
5. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, including the workbook, slides, Enneagram reports, and guided meditations, are our intellectual property.

You may use these materials for personal growth and learning, but you may not copy, share, or distribute them without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer

Our workshops, coaching sessions, and Enneagram reports are for educational and personal development purposes only.

We are not providing medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Any personal decisions or actions you take based on the content are your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our workshops, coaching sessions, or use of our materials.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
